The Egyptian Flying Hero Waleed Mourad has impressed London’s Sky After Landing During Yesterday’s Tough Weather

While the world was facing a harsh and unstable weather because of “Eunice” storm which caused many flights delays and cancellations, the former Chairman of the Airmen’s Association “Waleed Mourad” has impressively succeeded to land safely with EgyptAir Ms777 Boeing 787 Dreamliner at London Heathrow Airport. Although many flights were diverted to Germany and he could have done the same, he chose to take the risk bravely without any hesitation.

It’s also worthy to mention that Captain Waleed has told the passengers about this tough situation in details and declared that he would give a trial to land. Moreover, this trial was supported previously from Air traffic control department and the cabin crew.

In this regard, the brave captain said: “the landing was special and unique due to what we have learnt in EgyptAir entity which taught us how to deal with such circumstances, “and he added: “I made nothing but the axiomatic decision which definitely would be made by any of my colleagues.” Mohamed Manar, the minister of Civil Aviation of Egypt, has praised captain Waleed's efficiency and performance affirming that all EgyptAir's pilots are globally acknowledged as the best.
