And the first time he graduated while working full time started in a small Co-Working Space, called (Ebdaa), which was just a small apartment at that time, and there was still no such thing as Co-Working Space Away, then in 2013 they took another place and after a while they closed The two places and took a large villa (Ebdaa Co-Working Space) in Dokki.

At that time, Mohamed was working in more than one company at the same time, and then in a moment he left all the things he was in and started entering as a partner with (Shrouk Aladdin) and that was before she became his wife in a company called career 180 and this is a company in all its specialty In Qualifying and Hiring, and how did young people qualify for the labor market, and how did you make them work after that?

Then, work was done on an event called Egypt career summit and now this is one of the biggest events in the Mena region career development and they started a career 180 company with his wife, then he started in a second company called the freelance yard and this is an online platform that connects freelancers to companies and everything online .

Currently, Mohamed Akmal does not do anything like fulltime, but he leads the company, which is a freelance yard, and also the job for career 180. And also a small co-working space in Misr Al-Gadida called the talent yard.

The biggest focus now is that they grow a career 180 and be No. 1 in the Mena region and be the largest online platform for education and at the same time in Hiring the youth, especially the fresh grades, the focus now is that he grows the company and grows the data base and the company to be sold .

And with all these achievements, of course, there were various difficulties and challenges, and among these challenges is that during the Corona period, their work depended on events and many things online, and suddenly everything stopped events and gatherings, and this was a problem, and there is also another problem that people did not accept the idea that they attend courses or meetings online and it was a great challenge that people do not accept the idea, because Corona has not bothered many but it also helped them here and here. On the Internet and helped them, but in the offline it closed them a lot.

Also among the challenges was the migration of the partner who was with him to Romania, and this was another challenge with the presence of a partner and suddenly his absence in Freelance Yard.

His wife, Shrouk Aladdin, was always one of his biggest supporters along the way with other people who support him in his progress, but his wife has the largest share of this support.
