New Century Productions has released the teaser poster for its upcoming comedy feature GAWAZA TOXIC in preparation for the film’s release across Egyptian cinemas soon.

The film follows Farida and Karim — each from a different social background — who meet due to a chance encounter in Dubai, where a misunderstanding sparks a relationship between them, and thus begins their love story. The film follows their comedic journey to marriage as the differences in the backgrounds are brought to light when their families enter the scene.
The teaser poster depicts the film’s title with a ring anchored to it and pulling it deep into the sea. The poster’s vivid colors and summery themes indicate a fun, light summer rom-com in the making.
GAWAZA TOXIC is directed by Mahmoud Karim, produced by Zaid Kurdi, written by Loay El Sayed, and stars Laila Eloui, Bayoumi Fouad, Tamer Hagras, Heidi Karam, Mohamed Anwar, Malak Koura, Nourine Abouseada and Farouk Kandil.
