since she was young, she loved exploration, learning and taking responsibility, making her a person responsible for her decisions and her life, despite her young age, the one with that journey, which was not over 20 years, She is MENNA MAHMOUD ABDE-ELGAWAD, the 19-year-old author

Her journey began with learning German and then developed by learning everything new from home until she worked on the TEDx platform called TEDx MC international schools

She learned how to deal with employers through some Human Resources courses on platform in a different team called TEDx tabary Elhegaz, and learned about public relations and participated in a scientific group which is related to her passion insciences , called science Land.

Although she is young , she had that experience she went down to the labour market and creating some meetings with corporate, institutional and bank owners, she met a alot of problems with them that she was very young ,and there was no one to hear her,but she learned from that experience a lot and never gave up including how to talk and show ideas to the employers 

Besides her studys ,she decided to work in any career, but that was difficult for a student who was not over the age of 20, but she already surpassed those difficulties and worked as an assistant to a teacher in international preschool 

She actually learned English besides some courses until she gained experience while she was in that place five months of learning, and she decided to work in

international preschool

She got a title “ambassador” to OBM EDUCATION as a marketer in her city

For her love in education, She

Participates in conferences on higher education, scientific research and educational clubs.

She had completed her way and continued that road, but she was facing many obstacles even from the closest people to her,But by her parents encouraging and supporting her, she didn't care about the difficulties and went ahead, so that she would leave a fingerprint in her community

She always encourage herself by that saying:

"The fruit of success comes from long patience."

And she believes in:

"To succeed, your desire to succeed must be greater than 

your fear of failure"

SHE is working on her own platform that you’re going to launch as soon as possible, which is aimed at spreading ideas that help students achieve their goals and lead them to the right path.

Her constant advice doesn't listen to anyone who continues to seek to find what she wants.
