With us today is a woman who has achieved many achievements at an early age

Nesma Hossam Eldin, she's 26 Years old from Cairo, Egypt. Graduated  2018 from Faculty of Arts, English language and literature department, Ain Shams University.

It all started from attending a female entrepreneurship event as a writer and translator to write articles about female entrepreneurs. During the event she saw the PR Specialist standing behind the stage managing the stage speakers and dealing with public figures and she just kept looking and imagining herself in her shoes. She was shy however her friends encouraged her enough to go and talk to her and she ended up having a conversation and saving her number. A year later after graduation she was not feeling herself while working as a translator or a teacher even though she was good and enhancing her skills in both of them. So, she decided to give her a call with no skills or knowledge of the career and she nominated her to a social enterprise company to work in as a project coordinator & a PR.

She started from the bottom trying to study the career and enhancing her skills through the year by enhancing and building all of the projects running in the company and successfully was done. 

In 2019, she was an ‘Event Coordinator’ & Stage Coordinator’ and she was able to deal with some of the public figures & powered entrepreneurs in the community and it was a huge success for her at this period and she discovered and made sure that this was the career that she wanted to continue and flourish in.

In 2020, she wanted to do and achieve more. She was the main ‘Content Specialist’ & ‘PR’ Coordinator of the main stage and workshops. So, she mainly planned, arranged & executed the main stage talks and discussions & agenda and managed to deal with some more public figures and entrepreneurs.

After the event of 2020 it was a hard time as covid hit and they stopped everything regarding work and events. She left her job and tried to find some virtual work to gain skill and money. Unfortunately, she lost a very good opportunity due to some circumstances and this was a very weak point in her life. However she got up and managed to get an opportunity in 2021 as a Project Manager at the Egyptian Banking Institute by the Central Bank of Egypt. Where she mainly developed creative contents and engaging social media strategies, managed the day-to-day handling of all social media channels, developed, launched and managed new ideas and campaigns. She was responsible for everything the planning, tracking and delivery of projects with specified deliverables and schedules.

Pararllely, she got an opportunity to be the main PR & stage manager of a SHE CAN event 2022 and she agreed to prove that she can do it and that she really developed herself. She took the opportunity. She worked day and night on the main stage and challenged herself that she would get speakers from outside of egypt. Also, she wanted all of the speakers to have journeys and valid stories to tell. 

Working 3 Jobs parallel at the same time and succeeding in them all & achieving so much as:

1 - Managing SHE CAN Main stage as a PR Specialist & Stage Manager all on my own as the main and only team.

2 - Connecting, dealing & getting 3 of the Creatives behind Opening of the Sphinx Avenue

3-  Moderating 2 panels with The Stars of Al-Rawabie School for Girls & the Creatives behind Opening of the Sphinx Avenue & 1 Stage chat with Aya Abdelhamid.

4-Being a guest on Youssef Sabry’s podcast Youssef Sabry Mindset

5-Building Efham Business Platform from scratch with the Egyptian Banking Institute

6-Running two projects from A to Z including video shootings for entrepreneurship educational content and finalizing deals starting from budgeting, productions houses, expert, content, places … etc..

7-Additionally, she holds an Advanced Digital Marketing Diploma from Udacity, a Translation Diploma from American university in Cairo, a personal trainer diploma in The Trainer Bootcamp from The Trainer. And finally, a Leadership Certificate in The Journey from Ahead of The Curve .

8- On the personal level: 15000 ft. Marks her first skydive .

And of course she managed to connect on her own and deal with important public figure and entrepreneurs like Huda El Mofty an Egyptian Actress, Mariam Naoum an Egyptian screenwriter, Daliah Galal who is Founder & CEO of Carousel, Hadia Ghaleb, Layla Ghaleb, Marwa Abdel Samie who is a costume Designer & Film Industry Stylist, Hani Abaza a Creative Director, Movement Design / Choreography, Mona El-Tonsi a Costume Designer & Fashion Stylist. Jordanian Actresses Stars behind Al-Rawabie: Noor Taher, Andria Taher, Yara Mustafa, Salsabila Barayesh and finally Ghada Wali & Farah Wali.

Definitely during all of this she faced difficult situations & circumstances specially by being alone as a team and a manager trying to prove that she worthy of every position and working 3 jobs parallelly was definitely hard.

As an advice for youth:

START & START NOW! Even if you have no experience and no energy just start and you will find yourself achieving even with baby steps.
