The girl who’s planning to make a revolution in the relationship between men and women in Egypt.

Fatma Elzahraa Samir graduated from Ain Shams University in 2008, faculty of Alsun the Spanish department. And the founder of work steps academy.

Besides having an extremely supportive mom, she grew up with an ideal image in her mind of what a family should be. But her fantasy vanished once she knew that we’ve reached a 40% divorce rate in Egypt. That’s might be shocking. But the truth is sometimes couples don’t even complete one year together.

So let’s give you a small wrap of her exciting journey starting with her graduation up till now.

When Fatma graduated she got a job offer with one of the biggest companies around the world, “Microsoft”. She was in the Spanish department as an Xbox technical support for almost 6 years.

After that, she is in the Spanish department once again, but this time she is responsible for the whole department in an American Company called “Turbo SMTP”. And she has been working with Turbo for 10 years now.

Her journey in social media began right after the ending of her show which lasted for three seasons. It was actually people’s idea that she should start creating videos on social media.

And to make it even more exciting one of the publishing houses started encouraging her to begin a whole new adventure. An adventure in writing her own book. “Abo Shanab” her first book is a successful and well-known book in the Arabian countries.

Which motivated her to start writing her second book, “overdose”. A book about addiction. She interviewed Addicts and she even managed to get offers from addiction treatment clinics to help Addicts recover.

Lately, she collaborated with “Wusool” platform, in presenting a course about family relationships called “No more mahakem osra”. And she hopes that one day she’ll get the chance to officially collaborate with the government in an initiative to improve the way family relationships are valued.

And recently she founded her own academy for which she has a very ambitious plan. In her academy, she plans to educate people on how to really create fun yet useful social media content. Content that is fun and entertaining doesn’t always have to be trivial. In her opinion, social media content can play a vital role in society.

Fatma presented many events and conferences in front of Egyptian ambassadors and some of the Ruling Families of UAE. And now she is preparing for her TV show very soon. Obviously, she still has more left to say.

Her advice to all the youth is once you finish your degree you officially got the first 50% of your journey. And now get ready for the next level of the game. As the other 50% is real work experience. So make sure you’re well prepared before you start founding your own business
