She tried a lot of medications and treatments for years but in vain. She finally went to the gym for the 1st time as she weren’t sports girl at all, she tried a yoga class where she felt better gradually and she decided to start studying yoga and understand it’s essence in India the mother country of yoga.

This course transformed her life drastically where she met a lot of people who were suffering from full paralysis, physical and psychological problems and Yoga helped them to get better and even became yoga instructors; she learnt that there is something called Yoga Therapy and returned with a goal to spread the awareness of Yoga Therapy and it’s huge impact and benefits on the psychological and physical side as well.

After this course, she wanted to go deeper in Yoga and dive into different Yoga schools, Meditation methods and breathing techniques, so she continued her studies in Miami, USA.
