Yara Qamar she's 32 years old , she's graduated from the Faculty of Engineering, Ain Shams University. 

3 years ago, she started implementing the digital transformation project for education after attending a Microsoft conference on digital transformation of education, and from this day Yara dreamed of seeing education with this development and she has a passion and dream towards the development of education . 

after obtaining two years Two successive entries to be part of the winning team representing Egypt in the Microsoft E2 International Competition for educational technology .

Her first step was to establish her company specialized in digital transformation of educational institutions, and she cooperated with international and local companies and became one of the partners of Microsoft, STEMATE, Vlaby, Najwa and other companies specialized in educational technology, and she has already started her project for digital transformation of schools. 

Like any successful person, Yara faced some difficulties, including that the digital transformation in education is centered on a set of modern programs or devices inside the school, but the digital transformation is also a transformation of the way of thinking of all individuals working in the school and changing their behavior towards technology.

Yara aims to reach all schools in Egypt as its first electronic platform to offer all technological solutions specialized in the field of education provided by international and local companies such as: Microsoft, Certiport and Smart School. 

The platform contains many services with the latest technologies and technological solutions for the sector Education. Institutions can contract on any of these solutions and integrate them within the institution with the help of a team specialized in educational technology. On the platform, there are free courses for teachers provided through the largest centers specialized in professional development for teachers, with the provision of developmental seminars to support all workers in the education sector.

Indeed, the company has started to cooperate with more than one school in Egypt to begin the process of digital transformation, which includes providing consultations, plans and training on the transformation of all tasks within the organization to digital, within the goals of Vision 2030 due to the importance of digital transformation in all institutions, but digital transformation in the sector Education is different because it is concerned with changing the way of teaching and learning as well .

Her husband and her family have always been the biggest supporter of her, with the confidence of the companies that have cooperated with them, they have always been supportive of her in all steps.
