Rawya Latif , like anyone who missed high school and didn't enter the college he had wished for, and entered a college she didn't like and chose an English department.

She graduated with a good grade, and her colleague was the first in the class with the same grade, meaning that Rawya is an outstanding narrator, but she is not interested in the field, but what is available around her at the time is teaching.

Rawya Latif Metwally got married in the last year of the university, and she was not working with her, although she was looking for a job, but there was nothing to suit her, she gave birth Then, in 2011, she opened her first children’s and women’s clothing store project, and this was not available in Banha at the time, and less than two years later, in 2012, she decided to expand the project.

A person has successes, and he certainly has sorrows or negative thoughts, but the one who rises quickly, after about a year in 2013, opened another branch and his products were at home at the time, But in 2014, she gave birth to her second son in unpleasant health conditions, and I had to close the branch due to the difficulty of supervision, and completed the first branch and worked as a beauty center.

In January of the same year, she began occupying an extension to her work, which is organizing parties, trips and exhibitions.

Six years after the start of the project, the responsibility of her children was growing, and many stores began to appear in Benha, so she decided to be satisfied with the Beauty Center and she canceled the clothes and the rest of the departments to take care of her children and take care of them.

In 2017, she decided to complete postgraduate studies in order to develop herself. She took a pre-Master’s degree and registered the subject of the thesis. At the same time, I offered her a marketing job at the largest educational academy for children in Qalyubia, At that time, she began studying full marketing until she was able to prove herself to a great extent in her job, and the effect of her job began to appear significantly.

In 2019, another offer came to her from the same workplace to become the manager of the first international nursery in Benha, and because of her passion and love for new challenges, she always decided to close her project in 2020, And she decided to obtain a diploma from Notting Hill University for training in order to work as a manager and teams with her very much in her work and in her life in general, and she actually started working in 2021 after two years of intensive training.

Because Rawya always loves challenges, she decided to enter the field of radio, but at first she failed and insisted on her goal until she held a meeting with specialists and came to light at the beginning of 2022

Rawya liked to give advice to any young man or girl, which is “the constant quest and search for everything new, and seeking God’s help always and forever, Conscientiousness in all situations, and the preservation of principles that do not change with the change of circumstances,  The focus is on a final point, which is that if each one thinks that all his steps are important points, not only in your life, in the lives of your children, and they will be in the CV of their lives and they should be proud of, We will find ourselves spontaneously striving to fix everything that could spoil our thinking and work, and we will strive to leave a good impact on their lives and the lives of those who follow us.”
