Aia Faham Egyptian girl, she studied entrepreneurship and strategic management at the German University in Cairo and studied marketing and international business at the American University, and received several grants for travel outside Egypt.
And she started her passion for yoga when she was studying in America and attended yoga classes, but she didn't like this experience at first. But she took care of the Midtation part and she wanted to go deeper, She started searching over the Internet, but at the beginning of her medtation practice she couldn't because her body didn't help her. She resorted to physical yoga to train her body to sit in the medtation for longer.
she travelling to Many countries, including Thailand, Bali and India, have also travelled and received many training in yoga education, including 2 hundred Hour and 5 hundred Hour in yoga, yoga thiribe, and yoga education is a continuous life education.
It established a project called "the lala land", a registered company with the aim of teaching and disseminating its culture and the importance of yoga to obtain a better life and contact with oneself, and away from nuisance , It aims to conduct yoga training and yoga retreats both in Egypt and abroad.
She worked on many projects in Egypt and abroad including Retreats Yoga in Maldives, Greece, Bali, Tanzania and Zinzbar.
It is now working on a project related to lala land, which is a festival that will be held in Nuweiba for four days in the presence of many yoga and life coaching instructors to raise people's awareness of the importance of caring for our psychological and physical health and choosing a healthy life.
