The secret to success is to be a resilient personality, I tried before it almost stopped at the difficulties of being aggravated and changing to reach your goal and succeed.

Dr. Sherif Rashwan , 97% of the year's high school who attended the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Germany, and we will find the beginning of his passion here, where while attending a lecture about Business at the first time he threw him into engineering, he found that his place in business, and the fact that from the beginning he had more passion in dealing with people "Human dealings"  showed that he really has the talent in this field by finishing college in three and a half years and showing him the first payment.

In order to complete his career in success, he completed his master's degree, after which he worked for a global Austrian assistant general manager.

Unfortunately, this work was not completed and started at 25 years in a Kantar TNS company one of the largest marketing research firms in the world as beginner ,    but it did not give up as many do, but it made it clear that it was necessary to step logically into positions so that a person would have sufficient experience to succeed in his position , after that he become a manager in this company.

Of course, not only did he stop here, but he was attending a doctorate in the role of social intelligence in leadership while studying change in institutions.

The result of these successes was the founding of its own company "inside out", the first company in Egypt (emotional intelligence is four basic concepts:

Third, understanding personalities

The secret behind naming the company as such is his belief that change starts from within first for individuals or institutions and then outside.

I want to point out that Dr. Sharif is not only a successful person at the professional level, but also at the human level he treats students with love, respect and mutual affection because he believes the student must think and be creative.
