To achieve his goals he left no stone unturned and to keep up his ambitions he held up studying and developing himself.

Ahmed Darkawi, 34 years old, graduated from faculty of Law Cairo University, holds a master degree in law and a master degree in business administration, besides he earned a diploma in human resources from The American University.

14 years ago he chose a different way and methodology to know what he wants so he started to eliminate from his pathway what he decided he didn't want to be, then it was easy and more clear for him to find out his passion towards what he wants which was the mix of People and business and that led him to the Human Resources field.

As he believed that "The more you know, the more you know you don't know", he exerted his best to be qualified for what he is aiming to approach, so he read as much as he could more about his career and what could give the edge among his peers.

The next station in his journey was a mixture in between being delightful and edgy, it is the moment when you discovered that learning more about your field only is not enough and you should start broaden your knowledge in another fields but related to your career.

He attended courses designed in The United Kingdom and Canada about the human Psychology and how to communicate with the different personalities he would deal with during his entrepreneurship such as "being a certified Assessor" from The British Psychology Society, and being certified as Neuro linguistic programming Master Practitioner from NLP Federation in UK, in addition to the marketing skills that allows him to make "employer branding" for the companies he worked with.

Currently he is The People County Manager at "Nana" as well as he is a consultant for several start-ups in Egypt and Middle East, hosting and speaking in several events with a goal to ease and direct the way to youth to know their career direction.

His tips in the life is " start wherever you are" and he always believes that our lives are like the GPS before you start you'll see many roads and you don't know which one is the best, but when you start, your way becomes more clear to your destination.
