With us today, Israa Adel, she has a Bachelor of Science, she's from Cairo Governorate .
She started a year ago, and the first time she took courses to develop herself, and her atmosphere preferred her every day, that she wanted to do something different and influenced people.
She graduated from college and completed mental health, and currently she studying for students at the Canadian University.
After that, she started taking more courses and remained a trainer in self-development and public speaker, and then she became a trainer in more than one entity.
Esraa Adel trained about 5,000 students and took a week's personal planning and life skills course.
She worked on the JMO Program for Voluntary Activities and Unions, and received a grant from the Rowad Foundation and a grant from Auc in language
Esraa Adel became the assistant secretary of the Women’s Secretariat in the Long Live Egypt Party, and founded the Metro Initiative for Community Development and Director of the Metro Academy. The academy has provided online and offline workshops, and currently it offers courses .
The goal of the Metro Academy is to support young people and it was providing training and job opportunities with a large number of speakers and VIP .
Esraa Adel attended the most TV interviews and faced a lot of time, effort and travel to the governorates in order to be able to spread the metro academy, She faced obstacles in her appearance, and some people attacked her for not appearing, and that we did not support companies. Enough. What we did was facing great pressure between her job and Metro Academy, and remember that she traveled 3 provinces in 24 hours.
Esraa Adel gives advice to young people to completes your path, even if all the people attack you, and there is no one standing with you, but you have the right to write your story, complete the quest for us, but the result is from God, so rest assured.
