Zainab Hassan is a 25-year-old graduated from the Faculty of Commerce English section Cairo University Department of Business Administration.

She began her journey as a Doctor of Medicine and became the founder of Egypt's largest HR Agency, a journey filled with a series of successes, developments and money.

University Department of Business Administration. Her life dream was studying at the AUC in Egypt Department of Business Administration, but it was difficult to realize because of the social statues that was inappropriate to achieve the dream at that time. 

She began to develop herself from her first year the University, where she has been engaged in many disciplines in powerful and international companies such as (P&G, Schneider electric, Nestle) and was one of the first government universities to receive training at the Nestle Company. 

She also did not stop there in her first year in college, where she began her first work as HR Trainer in American aid in Egypt. 

In this vein, she served as HR Trainer and planning part of small and medium-sized companies serving children of determination and Special Needs. 

After gaining strong and significant experience, she founded her own company Tric in 2019, Tric is a HR agency to be a provider of HRs services to companies and individuals and to consult them from company representatives (ABK, Coca-Cola, Career 180, summer internship, Industrial District October). 

She was a specialist in recruiting and qualifying staff to work within (ABK, Coca-Cola) where she recruited 120 Coca-Colas employees, recruited and trained more than 70 ABKs employees, and his partnership contracts lasted for a period of 3 years and were augmented as a staff training and recruitment department. 

At Career 180 was Recruitment Team and HR Army for all of the Events of their subsidiaries, as well as HR Consultant for the Industrial District Companies in October. 

It was one of the most powerful achievements in the COVID-19 period where they presented Tric Academy and it was on-line and they provided some Topics especially the Programming. Materiel was very strong and unique and the result of this The Maritime academy Egypt and Alexandria requested it and provided training on their Platform and also provided training places in many strong companies in the field of programming. 

The establishment was not so easy and many difficulties were encountered as neither Team, capital and base on the ground but overcome these difficulties with intelligence and professionalism. One of the most important steps in her career was to show her services to the funders of small and medium enterprises until she gained their trust and became one of the strongest institutions providing HR services. 

She made a very strong move as she forged a partnership with the Ministry of Industry and Commerce for Project (ازدهار) servicing their events and become a HR Army since 2019 till now. 

She did not stop there, she finally realized her life dream of obtaining her MBA certificate from AUC Cairo Egypt in the field of Strategic and Management in 2022, and not only did she receive this development, but she presented her MBA certificate from the University of San-Francesco in the field of Entrepreneurship in the United States.
