She will not stop aspiring and studying after earning her Bachelor of Commerce from Ain Shams University in 1998. She has received an MBA from the Arab Academy of Science and Technology and is now completing her steps to be a Professor.

Nasreen began her work as executive secretary at a pharmaceutical company for 15 years immediately after graduation. Her work then moved to HR department as assistant manager until she became HR Specialist. In 2017, she worked at a consulting and training company with a Canadian trainer for a

5 years. The company specialized in teaching how to recruit, train and evaluate an employee appropriately.

The consulting and training company plays an important role in Nasreen's life, providing her with experience and discovering that her passion for training and job performance evaluation is moving.

Her last job at the company was a human resources consultant and after a long journey working in the companies and proving the efficiency of the training.

Until she decided she would go through the work experience herself and prepare herself to be a freelance human resources and skills development trainer to help develop young people, employees, managers and managers in companies. 

Nasreen decided to built her steps through the certificates she received, which helped her in the field of training, where she succeeded in training many trainees with various training programmes. The PHRIO is a certified human resources professional who is accredited by the HRCI American Academy and internationally accredited for personal interview psychiatric tests and enables managers to select staff and give them the right programmes for their work.

Because the sense of looking for success is a difficult journey because of the presence of competition and she felt she needed a real opportunity. In addition to the problems she experienced as a free trainer in terms of physical and psychological obstacles and that she needed to gain the trainees' trust and that was the greatest motivation to complete her studies. Nasreen was the first master's and doctoral learner to develop herself and better understand training.

Among the crises that have changed the training process is the coronavirus pandemic, where it has had to change its work strategy and training system.

But these crises, with the help of parents and their greatest supporters, have been able to overcome problems and take advantage of crises so that they can withstand more in life and ensure the continuity of success.
