She graduated from the College of Education, she did not know anything other than her degree, and her ambition was always greater than what was available to her , a girl from a very simple village with no possibilities and She has 8 children and younger sisters than her She always divides her time between working the house with her mother and between her job and her future
Sohag is one of the difficult governorates in its customs and traditions, and its village is one of the villages that you see that girls cannot have strange ambitions, nor do you think about the outside of the box, she worked as a teacher in a school, in a center, in a nursery, and volunteered in an association, and after that she worked as a data entry and then as a project coordinator.
Sarah Awad got a career training affiliated to the Ministry of Youth and Sports and UNICEF. It was the first time she heard about volunteering, participation, youth centers, CV and achieving goals, and the coach motivates her and helps her.

She was exposed to many problems because of her volunteering in the youth center in her village, but she was able to enter the idea in the minds of girls that she attends trainings and goes out in order to achieve her goals, She did many things for people in her country called madness, such as that she obtained a power of attorney for a candidate and sat on an election committee,And that she ran for membership in the board of directors of her youth center, she submitted in the radio competition, and they produced an episode for her , but she lost because she voted.
Traveling outside Sohag was impossible for her, but she was able to travel for the first time and became a trainer in the ministry.
