People do not reach the garden of success without going through stations of fatigue, failure and despair, but the strong-willed person does not stand for a long time at these stations.
Arwa Osama is graduated from the Faculty of Alsun at Aswan University, and she is the founder of the Al4SAGIA Platform, which was selected the 1 winner at YEP with AMIDEAST Egypt. Also, it was selected as the second-best project in Upper Egypt and the fifth in Egypt at" THE BEST" Competition with Ministry of Youth & Sports. So how did this project begin and how did the idea come to Arwa.
Arwa saw that one of the most common problems facing Upper Egypt Youth is their inability to find a job quickly, because of their insufficient preparation and insufficient experience to work. Arwa was one of these young people, but she did not let despair defeat her and decided to help herself and others, so she decided to shift her career and begin in the initiative.
Al4SAGIA Platform, it's a Career consultanting platform for Upper Egypt Youth from 18:30 years old, providing Professional career development programs and internships to connect youth with Startups and Stakeholders. To gain new experience and knowledge, and it has achieved many achievements, such as:
1- It won first place in the AMIDEAST Egypt competition affiliated to the US Embassy as the best project in Upper Egypt.
2- They provided workshops for more than 4000 young people.
3- They held partnerships with more than 50 companies.
4- It was registered as a start-up company within a year of its inception.
But the steps to achieve all these things weren't easy, but Arwa faced many obstacles, one of them is to spread her idea and
get attention. The second is the large number of frustrations that she was exposed to and the lack of support from her environment, but she did not stop striving and participated in "The best" competition with Ministry of Youth and Sports, there she found material and moral support, and it also helped her find a team to help and support her idea.
Arwa seeks to be the first Egyptian and Arab Platform to connect young people with companies directly and quickly to get internships and job opportunities in Upper Egypt so that Upper Egypt is like the capital in terms of the availability of opportunities and companies and
creating a community of young leaders capable of changing society for the better.
Arwa's determination and persistence was widely admired by society and the media, and she also became a speaker on the TEDx platform and one of the messages that she sent to young people is not to despair and to continue to strive even if there is no glimmer of hope because success is the result of small efforts that are repeated every day.
