"Hamada Saad the Monster of CV"

This sentence was the inspiration for Hamada Saad

Hamada Saad, graduated from Faculty of Commerce Tanta University, Hamada choose this college precisely because he thought it would connect him to his dream of being a successful and educated businessman.

As he was of the opinion that Knowledge can lead anyone to his goal easily and better, but after his graduation he realized that academic education is not the only means to success, then he decided to study and work with double effort in order to compensate for the past years

His first job was as a warehouse worker, 14 hours a day. And all his salary, despite its simplicity, he used to save to take courses, as he dreamed of studying at the American University, but despite the obstacles he faced, he insisted on being there.
He started making a complete plan in order to study the things that would help him integrate into the wide world.
He studied 3 years English, Business and Accounting from the American University at the hands of very senior professors. At this time, Hamada got to know himself more widely and knew the taste and result of the effort.

He faced many obstacles as work was stressing him and he was saving a lot in order to learn, but he felt the result of this fatigue when he worked in a large company in Egypt.
The biggest turning point for him was when he decided to travel outside Egypt to look for an opportunity that would expand his capabilities and his eagerness to check how much he equalled away from his homeland; He has worked in large and multinational companies inside and outside the UAE

During his career and his sense of development, he realized that all the ideas and beliefs about the labour market and jobs chances that he knew were much larger, and there are many opportunities that most young people do not know about.

He travelled to Dubai and took it as a challenge, as he travelled without a job, and the biggest challenge was to get a job in a short time and with few possibilities.
And because he studied the labour market well and was reading a lot in management and corporate management, he was able to get a good job after 12 days of travel

Hamada has contributed to employing a large number of jobless and aspiring to better opportunities, understanding the work environment and understanding companies and their requirements, through several things.

In the Covid- 19 period, after he moved from one company to another until he reached the position of financial manager in a large company in very young age, Hamada decided to help other young people and new comers for the real world, by the same formula and steps he followed. 
He spent a tremendous effort to convey his message and educate fresh graduates by spreading hope that there are great opportunities, but they require an understanding of the labour market, and what companies prerequisites 

He started creating a full video content on YouTube, trying to direct young graduates for a jobs.
-He has recently started a Zoom Meeting to help experienced employees to reach their career goals (Career Coaching).
-He created a channel called "Hamada Saad" on YouTube so that he could formulate his ideas visually and reach and help young people as much as possible, which became a platform to help all job seekers and prepare them for the labour market.
-He nicknamed "the Monster of CV"
His contact with job Seekers he could mark the main problem of not getting a job is (CV).
As the CV is the most important step to help them discover their lost identities and translate them into their Written CV.
The last challenge after reaching a large number of followers inside Egypt 
His Facebook account, which he uses to help people by posting jobs, advices, was closed, but he immediately got up and tried to start over Again from zero in order to continue his Message in helping and guiding all people.

He dream to leave a mark in this world, reaching people worldwide, give a chance to guide, build up their own career path and personal life.
