Mohamed El-Sheikh is a learning experience designer. In the past, he worked as a customer relationship specialist, but now he has become a trainer for students outside and inside Egypt.
The story begins while he was sitting one day as a receptionist in a training company, waiting for students to get out of a course that duration 6 hours.
He found they were exhausted, they did not have any energy, they felt bored, and the fatigue was not normal. At that moment, he said to himself, "This was not a successful educational experience." After that, he decided to learn how to design programs for courses.
He faced lots of obstacles. One of them was his manager, who always underestimated him and always let him feel disappointed. In another situation, he stood in front of 6 experts in his field, but suddenly he distorted everything. He did not give up and decided to continue and start again.
Mohamed El-sheikh trained 60 girls from several governorates in design thinking. After that, some of them became owners of start-up companies because of this method.
He convinced students in a government school that they could not draw.
He trained female employees from one of the largest Saudi hospitals, and they came out of the educational experience, recognizing that it was innovative, interesting, and useful.
Currently, he gathers meetings to talk about the psychological and mental challenges faced by new graduates looking for work. These meetings are called "Green Circle."
In the end, he succeeded in creating a new experience in learning in different places and fields. He gives two pieces of advice to youth to motivate them: the first one to understand their personal values and the second piece of advice to be aware of their feelings and manage them.
