Hatem Abdelazim , 29 years old , he has Master’s degree in economics from Ain Shams University Cairo 

He graduated in 2014 and started working as Economics Teaching Assistant, while working as TA he started his Master’s Degree in economics his Topic is Maximizing Egypt’s Benefit from solar Energy Under Vision 2020 - 2030 (A Comparative Study). 

In 2020 he was representative of Egypt at IDPLOMATIA Youth of the World 2020, Russia he made a video about Disinformation on social media and how it is Effect the Youth?

In addition, he selected to be an Academic Program Coordinator in (European Union Simulation) at the Ministry of Youth and Sports, his rule was to supervise the process of choosing participants also, he was responsible for the coordination between the Ministry of Youth and Sport, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and The European Union in Egypt .

In 2021, he was chosen to be an Evaluation Committee Member of the National Project for Qualifying Youth for Localities and Political Participant the project was Partnership between Egypt Youth initiative 2030, Ministry of Youth and Sports, Ministry of Local Development, Administrative Control Authority and Nasser Military Academy (Till now)

At this time, he became an Ambassador of Sustainable Development at Ministry of Planning and Economic Development (Until now)

In 2022, he became a Member of Young Economist Network (YEN) at the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa; The (YEN) is a network of skilled young economists for Africa’s Transformational Economic Development launched in 2021 by ECA under the supervision of the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development. 

It aims to create a peer learning and research platform to train, empower and engage a new generation of skilled young macroeconomic modelers to champion macroeconomic modelling excellence on Africa, and support the countries to achieve the goals of the "2030 Agenda" and "Africa's Agenda" 2063, Throughout diverse activities (Till Now) . 

He's also, has been chosen by Assistant Minster of Youth & Sports (Abdallah El-Batesh) to be Youth representative at Non-Aligned Movement Youth Network National Chapter.

Because of his passion for research and the desire gain more knowledge; he's still working as Economics Researcher & Public Policy Analyst at The Egyptian Cabinet’s Information and Decision Support Center (IDSC).

In addition, he's working as Assistant Lecturer of Economics as Part Time 

Main difficulties:

The main difficulties he faced was the people’s opinion who do not understand what your goals and dreams, he remember one day he was going out with his friends, some of them told him that what he's doing right now, will not help him in the future, asking him to focus in only one thing because, focusing on a lot of things will make you lose everything instead, you should focus on only one thing in your life, and that taught him that we shouldn’t consider peoples opinion in our lives, because most of the time they don’t understand our passion towards the thing we love.

His Advice for the youth of this generation, is to focus on your dreams do not listen to people who gives you negative feelings.

Have rule models and read about how they achieve their dreams that will help you to make sure that you are on the right track.

Take an advice from successful people who is working in the field you wish to work in.

Volunteer in community work, that will make you understand more about the society and its needs. 

Don't give up try constantly, life is not fair and it will not be fair if you are not ready to turn your failure to success don’t try from the beginning, Winston Churchill once said "Success Is the Ability to Move from Failure to Failure without Losing Enthusiasm"…
