Naglaa's initiative was launched 11 years ago, her initiative Name is ( بداية جديدة), which aimed to change society’s view of the divorced woman, It was highlighted in the media especially when she wrote at the time that she was divorced, Many people attacked her and advised her to hide it, which aroused her discontent.
she wanted to put an end to the issue and said: "The name of an divorced nothing but a name, A woman still a woman with rights and duties in the society around her".
From each governorate, she assembled a team, lawyers and psychological consultants as well, to help divorced women whose circumstances are difficult and who can't return their rights and expenses, and work to rehabilitate them psychologically to start a new life and a new outlook on life to practice their lives normally or create a project of their own.
Now, Naglaa is currently married after going through a period of divorce twice and a mother for three children.
What distinguishes her is that before she launches her community initiative, she starts with herself and applies it with her family.
Naglaa is the first woman who launch the Breadwinner Women's Day celebration in 2017, A day dedicated to a woman who takes care of her family's expenses, In addition to women who supports her sick husband.
She chose different stories from the governorates of Egypt, including female cancer fighters and women who support sons with special abilities, including mothers with special abilities.
"Golden XYZ media" The production company of ( ب ١٠٠ ست) program Connected with Naglaa to present the program that sheds light on the struggling women and girls in society,Each story is different from the other, some of the creations were interspersed with humanitarian aid from some good people, and some problems were solved.
Her dream is for Women's Day to be official and recognized globally, and she is working hard on that.
In Dubai 2019, she was honored with the title of Queen of Social Responsibility, among 21 other participants, and after that she began to advise and guide women in the Arab world.
Before the covid19, she was doing voluntary workshops to teach drawing for children in her initiative.
In 2020, the beginning of the covid19, she began to think about how to make children do useful things while they were staying at home, with the help of a team made up of her friends from all over the Arab world from Iraq, Libya and Egypt who helped her to solve the obstacles they faced, Groups worked to establish and educate children and provide useful online videos for them and making a system of honoring and certificates for them, which resonated very well, the group now has 4000 children from the Arab world.
11 years ago, Naglaa saw a foreign program to teach music in color to the deaf and dumb. And she had a friend of hers who had a son with audio abilities. She wanted to feel him and help him, so she decided to teach him music in color.
The first issue was strange for the son and he was asking why would I learn music? And what will I gain? But Naglala convinced him and said "You will be able to play music while you are deaf, despite the presence of listeners who cannot play music".
And stipulated that he teach her sign language in return for that as a form of encouragement, and at that time she was going to the sign language teaching center to be able to understand him.
After that, she saw that the work was well received, she teaches the language of the sign through songs in the school which she works, and they loved it.
In 2005, she received a Republican A-level certificate for composing children's songs, and she is always working on creating meaningful content for children.
Her advice to women "If you think that you believe in your initiative and it will be useful to the community, Don't care about those who give negative words around you, Don't hesitate to do it, if it is a positive action to the world and it will change in society".
