One of the most important departments at any company is Human Resources which require special insights. 

Prof. Dr. Amr Sadik is on of the pioneers in this field with 40 years of experience. A Practical-academic, seasoned and accomplished HR senior executive with local, regional and global companies. Currently, he holds the position of Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Capacity Development Competitiveness Co. for Training (QUODRAT) in Egypt. 

Prof. Dr. Sadik has won the Stevies Award laureate in 2007 as first Arab winner, and was ranked among the top 20 HR Most International Influential Thinkers in 2014 from UK, and  a winner of 17 international HR Awards, in addition to that he was nominated for Professional Excellence Award in Human Resources from the Society of Human Resources Management "SHRM", and in 2006 for Sheikh Rashid Bin Maktoum Award in the United Arab Emirates as the Best Arab Manager. He was also selected as a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, an opt-in research community of business professionals. 

He does also share his experience as a HR thinker by writing  his first book “Human Resource Management for Practitioners” in India, and a book called "Making of the Objectives; A tribute to Peter F. Drucker" in Germany, and last but not least "The People Game" in Germany. he also is a regular international contributor at HR-Future magazine in South Africa. 

Furthermore, he is participating in HR conferences and summits to opine in current practices and provide his insights. 

Prof. Dr. Sadik has an academic achievements. He teaches at various business and management schools at post-graduate studies, and associated with IPE Management School, Paris-France as adjunct professor, Victoria University, Switzerland for Middle East Programs, and Frankfort School of Finance and Management, International Advisory Services, in Germany as HR and Training expert and consultant.
