He joined many courses/workshops (Sales, Marketing, Conflict Management, Leadership, and Management Skills. etc.) in order to develop the abilities and capabilities not just for himself but also for his subordinates as well.

He held many positions with + 17 years in the Sales field including 12+ years of management experience, worked for different National organizations till joining Premium Card Co as a Sales agent in June 2006, and started his leadership journey when prompted in Jan 2010 to be Sales Team Leader, promoted to Sales Manager in Jan 2011, then promoted to Corporate Contracts Senior Manager in Jan 2017 and currently holds the position of Head of Corporate Contracts since Dec 2021.

His role was significant and crucial in the company market share, he achieved a breakthrough in success and sales growth through his extraordinary strategic management approach and unique leadership style and being one of the contributors to leading Premium Card Co to be Industry pioneer and Market Leader in Egypt for exclusively offering to individuals these financial services via their companies through zero-interest, bank-free installment card (Premium Card).

Big Challenges/Achievements:

During the crisis of COVID 19, he leads the corporate Sales team members to reduce the pandemic impact on the employee's mental health, consider providing leadership and managerial support to his subordinates and colleagues as well which was had a great positive impact on the company’s sales as a result of acquiring many new corporate contracts/firms working in different sectors in the Egyptian market such the governmental sector, Oil and Gas, FMCG, Aviation, Pharmaceuticals, Etc.

He succeeded in penetrating new sales channels by acquiring 93 companies during the global pandemic of covid 19 and achieving a massive growth rate out of targeted sales that happens once in a blue moon.

Ahmed exceeds the criteria for this award and has shown exceptional skills in sales/management and leadership as well, his dedication and endless hard work make him worthwhile to be the First Egyptian Man wins the 2022 Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service (The Category of Sales Manager of The Year - Bronze Award).
