Asmaa Mahmoud, 21 years old, studies at the Faculty of Commerce, Ain Shams University, She chose to work as a butcher to reflect the view imposed by old films about the evil butcher.

Asmaa faced some problems at the beginning of her work as a result of her contact with butchers, but a person named Tamer Tantawi taught her the profession and how to cut meat.

Asmaa said that the first time she held the knife she was afraid, but she was able to overcome this fear and quickly adapted to working in the butcher's profession because she loved working with it.

Her family was surprised by the situation at first, but they encouraged her to realize her dreams and did not stand in the way for her in her work as a butcher, and they accepted the situation.

Asmaa worked at the beginning as a cashier, but she felt an urgent desire to learn butchery, and her employees received the matter with anger, so how can a female work in such a profession.

Speaking to Concept, she continued that butchering is a difficult profession and needs strength and needs to take risks, so it's hard to find a girl to work with.

Asmaa was often frustrated, but soon faced the issue and continued her work as she wanted to become a professional butcher.
