That some achieve great success is proof of all that others can achieve as well."

That some achieve great success is proof of all that others can achieve as well."

That some achieve great success is proof of all that others can achieve as well."
And our story today is a huge motivation for anyone who is waiting for the supposedly right time.
We are asking you, if not now, when?
We are pleased to introduce to you Raef Alaa, an ambitious 18-year-old young man who is a
promising graphic designer specialising in branding.
Raef's start with graphic design was 3 years ago, when he was about 15 years old. He started
to make friends with a lot of people who were older than him. He was impressed by the way
they already had jobs during their studies and decided to give it a try. Yet he didn't want to have
any job out there; he wanted to expand his prospects.
And as a startup who doesn't know much about these fields, he started to grow an interest in
anything related, such as programming, so he learned web development basics. and then took
a hold of programming, as it was just a step to figure out what he was more interested in in that
field.
Meanwhile, Raef made some new friends and contacts in the graphic design field and found his
new passion, which made him realise what he had always been passionate about. He began to
learn about graphic design and hone his skills in order to build a successful career in it.

Raef also believes in self-learning and that a person's skills are more important than his
certificates, even though certificates are most needed in the labour market.
He was self-learning to be a graphic designer with a very small laptop, which wasn't fully
supporting the needed graphic apps.
He didn't give up and started with other apps, and that offered him experience in problem
solving, so if he ever has any issues he may face.
Raef managed to make an upgrade during the learning phase. He got a new laptop and started
using "Adobe" apps for graphic design.
Step by step, he kept going. It wasn't perfect at first, but of course there was an improvement.
With the help of his graphic design friends and their detailed feedback on his work, he managed
to get better and better until he reached a good level in graphic design.
That good level wasn't enough for Raef to keep; he wanted to get even better, so he took the
"RCC" diploma in graphic design to step up his resume and his career, too.
And after that, he started taking freelance jobs to improve himself and his skills even more, and
to ensure he got good opportunities in his future career.
Raef has done a lot of great work in graphic design, especially in branding.
That great work of his is actually what made him the youngest graphic designer we know about
today.
And of course, all stories have two sides. You can't expect to have happily ever after without
going through difficulties and obstacles along the way.
As you would expect, the very first difficulty that Raef faced was his young age. Especially in the
Egyptian freelance labour market.
So he always needed to try harder to convince customers to believe in him as a professional
graphic designer, not as an 18-year-old man.

But overall, he managed to overcome his difficulties by improving the quality of his convincing
step by step and keeping his personal information, such as his age, to himself.
Not to mention that Raef is not only interested in graphic design, he also has a huge passion for
languages and has had for over 6 years, especially Chinese and English.
And as his admirable plan goes, he has learned English and improved himself day by day, so he
can work as an English instructor after graduating from college, as it's a safe plan for his future
to not rely on only one thing, one way, or one career.
Raef is not just a promising and upcoming graphic designer who has gone through a lot of
improvements at a very young age; he is an inspiration for all of us—me included—to prove that
success is not an overnight phase, it's a long-term experience of doing what you love, are
passionate about, and also what exhausts you the most.
Or as Raef left us general advice, "it's not a bad thing to be different from society's traditions and
habits that don't fit into the current era.Do whatever you want and whatever you feel is the right
thing to do. Whether you succeed, no one will live with the results but you. If you fail, no one will
live with the consequences but you. "
